Introduction:
Codex™ ddCTP [2',3'-Dideoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate] is supplied as 10 mM solution in water.
It is a dideoxy-nucleotide, acts as a chain-elongating inhibitor or a substrate for DNA
polymerase. The ddCTP is one of the four critical ddNTPs components for performing Sanger
sequencing. It is widely used for Sanger method for DNA sequencing.
