Introduction:
Codex TM ddATP [2',3'-Dideoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate] is supplied as 10 mM solution in
water. It is a dideoxy-nucleotide, used as a chain-elongating inhibitor of DNA polymerase in
vitro. The ddATP is one of the four critical ddNTPs components for performing Sanger
sequencing. It is widely used for Sanger method for DNA sequencing and research of virus
infection.
